Order Tracking
In short: the tracking number arrives by email 2 to 3 business days after the order counts.
The email links to the order status page, and signed-in customers see the same page under Orders.
The carrier's first scan can trail the email by up to 3 business days.
No new scan for 10 business days is the signal to write to the help desk.
The whole trip runs 14 to 18 business days.
Two places to find the tracking number
Homuvo emails the tracking number the day the fulfillment partner hands the carton to the carrier, inside the 2 to 3 business days that follow the day the order counts. The email has a button that opens the order status page, where every scan appears as the carriers report it. A customer with a Homuvo account finds the same page under Orders after signing in. The order confirmation email, sent within minutes of the order, carries a link to the same page, so you can watch the order from the first hour, even before a tracking number exists.
Zero accounts between you and the status page
The order status page opens from the link in either email without a password. An account is optional; it keeps the order history in one place and saves the address for the next order, and nothing more. Lose both emails and the help desk resends the link within one business day, against the order number or the email address used at checkout.
Three business days before the first scan
The carrier scans the carton at its export hub rather than at the facility door, so the first scan can appear up to 3 business days after the tracking email. During those days the status page shows the carton as confirmed and the carrier's page may say label created or not found. Both are the normal start of the trip. Write to the help desk only if the first scan has not appeared 3 business days after the email.
Take an order that counts on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. The tracking email arrives by Friday, October 30. The first scan can appear as late as Wednesday, November 4, and a status page that still reads confirmed on Monday, November 2, is on schedule.
Four stages on the order status page
The order status page shows four stages. Confirmed means your payment went through and the partner has the order. On its way means the carrier has the carton; the stage lasts through the international leg, the customs scan, and the hand-off to the United States carrier. Out for delivery means the carton is on the final truck. Delivered means the carrier recorded a delivery scan at the address. The carrier's own page, linked from the tracking number, shows the finer scans beneath those four, including the customs scan.
Five scans on the carrier's page, in order
The carrier's history runs in a set order: a pickup scan in China, an export scan, a customs scan on entry to the United States, a hand-off scan to the final carrier, and the delivery scan. Several days can pass between the export scan and the customs scan, and tracking shows no movement in between. That gap sits inside the 12 to 15 business days and needs no message. A scan in a city nowhere near your address is usually the hub the carrier routes through, and the next scan corrects the picture.
Ten business days of silence, then a trace
Once the carrier's page has gone 10 business days with no fresh scan, email contact@homuvo.com with your order number and the tracking number. Homuvo opens a trace with the carrier the same business day and emails the carrier's answer and the next update date. A trace runs on the carrier's clock, and the Refund Policy sets the point at which a carton is treated as lost and the order refunded or replaced. Wait past the 10 business days without writing and the carrier's own trace window may close.
Take a carton handed to the carrier on Thursday, October 29, 2026, whose last scan is the export scan that day. The tenth business day without a new scan is Friday, November 13, with Veterans Day skipped, and that is the day to write.
Three business days of patience after a delivered scan
A delivered scan a day or two ahead of the carton is common; a carrier scans at the depot or leaves the carton with a building manager. Check with neighbors, a front desk, or a mailroom, and wait 3 business days. If the carton has not turned up, email the help desk inside 10 days of the delivered scan; Homuvo then files a carrier claim that business day and either ships you a replacement or refunds the order, whichever you choose.
Two tracking numbers from one order
A desk and a chest ordered together travel as two cartons with two tracking numbers, both listed in the tracking email and on the order status page. Cartons from one order can arrive up to 3 business days apart. Report a missing item only after the last carton has arrived, because a carton still on the road is not a missing item.
Zero redirects after the hand-off
An address can be changed within 24 hours of the order by email, as long as the partner has not packed the carton. After the hand-off the label is final; an international carton cannot be redirected, held at a depot, or rescheduled through Homuvo. A delivery attempt that fails is retried by the final carrier under its own rules, and the carrier's page says how many attempts remain and where the carton is held.
Eighteen business days as the long end of the trip
The whole trip runs 14 to 18 business days, counted from the day the order counts: 2 to 3 inside the facility and 12 to 15 on the road. Weekends and United States federal holidays are left out of the count, which in 2026 skips November 11, November 26, and December 25. A carton inside the 18 business days is on schedule even when the status page has not moved for days. A carton past the 18th business day with no delivered scan is late, and an email to the help desk with your order number gets you a revised date, a replacement, or the money back in full, under the Shipping Policy’s late-dispatch rule.
